He leads engagements hands-on, from the first diagnostic to the operating rhythm that outlasts the engagement, working with founders across virtually every sector to build companies that grow with structure and run without depending on them. Central to that is leadership. Through RenB's CEO Coaching Framework, he works one-on-one with founders and their senior teams to build the judgement, discipline and bench strength a business needs at its next stage, so leadership capability grows ahead of the company rather than behind it.
