Vincent Fernandez

Chairman – RenB Group of Companies

Vincent Fernandez brings over 35 years of global experience in building and nurturing successful businesses across significant markets like the USA, India, Eastern Europe, and Africa. His career highlights has been his ability to drive company growth and maintain stability even in tough market conditions.

Leadership Roles – As the head of the RenB Group of Companies, including RenB Solutions and RenB Digital, Vincent sets strategic directions that foster organizational growth. He also is the chairman of the Eduonix Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd., ranked among India’s top ten edtech companies, and functions as a director and advisor to Fairdeal Realtors Pvt Ltd., the largest commercial real estate brokerage in Mumbai, guiding and executing strategic and operational enhancement for growth.

Education and Sustainability Initiatives – Vincent’s academic pursuits include active participation in Harvard’s groundbreaking Corporate Level Strategy programs in Boston. Additionally, he contributed to sustainability projects at Harvard focusing on improving environmental and economic practices in Latin America, Asia, and Africa.

Advisory Roles and Industry Impact – In 2004, Vincent played a crucial role as an advisor to the Nigerian government’s Information Technology Initiative, aiming to enhance IT infrastructure and capabilities. His extensive experience also covers significant positions in global corporations, contributing to their strategic growth. He was an active member of NASSCOM, where he supports technological and entrepreneurial growth in India’s IT sector. He was also rated by Dun& Bradstreet among the top 100 CEO’s in India

Natasha Fernandez

After earning her Master’s in Business degree from Singapore, Natasha dedicated herself to supporting StartUp India. Her Experience as the CEO of RenB Digital combined with the marketing and digital transformation work she has done with Startups She connects helps startups in sharing valuable business practices and helping them grow through the RenB Solutions Engagement with SME’s.

CEO of RenB Digital – As the CEO of RenB Digital, Natasha leads the RenB Digital Business for the Group. She has taken RenB Digital to amazing growth through innovation and excellence, ensuring that RenB Digital offers cutting-edge and creative digital solutions. Her leadership has made RenB Digital the fastest growing design and digital company in industry.

Marketing and Digital Transformation Practice Head at RenB Solutions – In addition to her role at RenB Digital, Natasha is also the Marketing and Digital Transformation Practice Head for RenB Solutions. She helps clients develop and improve their marketing and digital strategies. Her insights into how businesses can use digital tools are essential for RenB Solutions to help its clients succeed.

Building RenB’s Digital Presence – In her role at RenB Group, Natasha is responsible for both traditional and digital marketing. Her efforts have been key in quickly building a strong online presence for RenB Solutions in India. Her work ensures that RenB reaches a wider audience and engages effectively with its clients.

Creative Marketing Leader – Natasha has a unique and creative approach to marketing. She has developed successful marketing strategies for various industries like Publishing, ITES, Commodities, and Consulting. Corporate Experience and Contribution – Natasha has extensive experience from working at companies like Femina, Triton, and Brandiktiv. This background makes her a key contributor to the Indian startup and Digital Transformation scene. She uses her knowledge and creative thinking to support and grow startups, helping RenB achieve its mission to empower new businesses across the country.

Mahira Fidvi

CRO and Director– RenB Group of Companies

Ms. Mahira has 18 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD) working with major organizations in India and the UAE. She has worked with companies like Reading & Bates, Transocean, Reddington, and the Triton Group. These experiences helped her understand HRD processes deeply and led her to start her own firm, MANAGEHRD. This firm specializes in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management and works with companies all over India.

Chief Relationship Officer at RenB – Besides leading HRD, Ms. Mahira is the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) at RenB Group. She manages relationships with RenB partners, especially within the RenB StartUp Ecosystem. Her vision and relationship skills have been important for the growth of RenB’s startup partners.

Ms. Mahira also heads Corporate and Finance Affairs for RenB Solutions Group of Companies. She oversees financial strategies and corporate governance, ensuring the group’s financial health and compliance.

HRD Practice Head – At RenB, Ms. Mahira uses her HRD skills to improve Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) projects. Her insights have helped create strong HRD frameworks for RenB’s clients. She adds great value to RenB Solutions’ clients by helping them find and manage the best talent.RenB’s HRD practice uses the best global practices, customized to support startups in the RenB StartUp Ecosystem. Under Ms. Mahira’s leadership, this practice helps drive innovation and success for startups.

Supporting Entrepreneurship in Education – Ms. Mahira has played a key role in creating Centers of Excellence for Entrepreneurship Development in colleges and universities in India. She has helped many young entrepreneurs gain the skills, resources, and support they need to succeed.
